Project supervision for the new building of the Investment Bank of the State of Brandenburg

Installation of active object supervision with a team of architects and engineers experienced in large-scale projects for the unconditional realization of the planned move-in date of the Investitionsbank des Landes Brandenburg (ILB).

Details

Complex new building with several components and deep foundations

  • GFA: 27,490 m2
  • BRI: 108,863 m3
  • Three components with 5 or 6 floors, additional technical basement with two floors
  • Underground garage, a foundation with drilled piles up to 20 mtr. deep excavation pit with up to 21 mtr. long sheet piles
  • Use of cooling ceilings for air conditioning

Overall construction management as well as object supervision for all trades KG 300

The owner of the structural engineer working on the project asked us whether it would be possible to take over the supervision of the project. After getting to know the owner's representative and exchanging ideas about the right approach, we started and implemented the project in no time.

Result

Start ILB business operations at the new location on schedule.
